This frozen treat has a rich history that is worth reading about. It goes back over 1000 years!!!
Water Ice is an Italian product that is very unique. The process used and ingredients are what makes it smooth and creamy without using dairy or any artificial ingredients.
We use locally purchased fresh fruits and other ingredients when possible. Some things just have to be bought from Philadelphia, hence “From the 215 to the 915!”
If you’ve never tasted Philadelphia Water Ice it is a mix between shaved ice, sorbet, and ice cream. The closest product would be sorbet in my opinion.
Ingredients consist of water, pure cane sugar, and flavoring (which can be from actual fruits or from an all natural liquid base). That’s it! NO nut products, NO dairy, NO crazy chemicals, NO gluten, NO fat, NO cholesterol, etc. etc. etc. You get the point!
It’s ALL NATURAL
So EVERYONE can enjoy it!
We even have a sugar free product made from “FRUIT” sugars also known as fructose that can be enjoyed by those that may want an alternative to cane sugar!!!
